| Our puppies are all registered with the American Kennel Club, on a routine de-worming program and given their first vaccinations. Validation of this guarantee requires examination of your puppy by the vet of your choice and at the purchasers expense within 48 hrs. of the pickup date. The veterinary examination is mandatory to confirm that your puppy was not sick or injured in order for the guarantee to be complete. The guarantee against transmissible diseases such as Parvo-virus for example, is valid for a period of 7 days starting on the day of pickup since the normal incubation period for transmissible diseases is 5-7 days. For example: if first signs of parvo-virus were to show on a puppy 12 to 15 days from pickup, the puppy could not have carried that disease from the breeder’s premises and incubated it for that long before showing signs of the disease. The breeder guarantees the puppy until 1 year of age against life threatening congenital or hereditary defect, it will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value from the breeder’s stock as soon as possible. The original puppy must be returned (at owners expense) before a new puppy can be replaced. In event of death, an autopsy must be performed, (at owners expense) by a licensed veterinarian to determine the exact cause of death. This information will then be sent to my veterinarian for review. The breeder is not responsible for hypoglycemia. The breeder has informed the buyer of the signs of hypoglycemia and what to do in case of an event. The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills the buyer may incur. Only replacements will be made, no cash refunds. The guarantee does not cover Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Giardia or Hernias. By purchasing your puppy you the buyer agree that you have read, understood and accept the terms of this contract.
We do not guarantee the size or the coat on our Yorkshire Terrier (yorkie) or Brussels Griffon.
We have this guarantee to stress the importance of the health and well being of your new puppy. Proper care is vital for the first few weeks of transition for your puppy.
